Webspiration #1

The Vietnamese people have inspired me with their sweet kindness

I find myself in Vietnam this week, working in remote communities in the impoverished North, and unable to devote time to writing up the excellent stories I have lined up…

So, in the meantime, here is a short selection of inspiration gleaned from around the web this week:

  1. How do you give when you don’t have much money? Check out this list of 11 alternative forms of giving from the Business Insider.
  2. Chakriya shares a lovely list of 88 ways to be kind to strangers – it made my day when I read it.
  3. Mud Bailey urges us to follow our passion in the pursuit of happiness on her blog Cultivate Your Karma.
  4. And, just for a bit of fun, enjoy the greatest inspirational speech of all time!

Have you seen anything interesting or inspiring on the web this week? If so, please share!

  1. Thanks to you now I have a lot of reading assignments to do after I bookmarked two weblinks you hyperlinked in this post. =) Inspiring indeed!
